This patient had previous rhinoplasty surgery resulting in a supratip deformity, severe tip asymmetry and a difference of the height of the left and right domes. This 16 year old girl underwent elective rhinoplasty, and straightening of the septum which corrected her breathing problem. In addition, cosmetic rhinoplasty (nose plastic surgery) was performed. Notice the tip definition improvement, narrowing of the nose, and straightening of the nose. Photo D is one year postoperatively.
