Breast Lift Plastic Surgery (Mastopexy) Before and After Photos

This 24 year old patient developed asymmetry of the breasts during her adolescence. In photos A and C note the disparity of the width of the breasts as well as the different height of the nipples, and the diameter of the areolae (pigmented circles around the nipples). Photos B and D show the correction of the problem with the correction of the nipple height and the width, as well as the equalization of the areolar diameter. The new location of the nipple is above the inframammary fold. The scars are around the areolae and below, which have faded in time. The patient also had liposuction of the abdomen at the same time.
