This 37 year old male patient for liposuction requested contouring of his submental area - breasts, abdomen, and posterior waist ("love handles"). In the office facility, using ultrasound and power-assisted liposuction, all of the areas were corrected. The liposuction operation lasted 1 1/2 hours.

The postoperative photographs, at 13 months after liposuction surgery, represent a loss of 30 pounds, and 5 inches from the area at his waist. This weight and size is reflective of the surgery and additional weight loss from diet. He has maintained this weight and contour since the operation.
